Sylvie Y. Smith - BA in Business Administration/President/CEO/Founder

Sylvie is the President/CEO and Founder of Care Services of Nevada. Sylvie has over fifteen years of experience in the non-profit sector, specifically with In-Home Support Services for individuals who have developmental disabilities.  Sylvie's financial and executive experience, as well as her understanding of Medicaid and other State-funded programs has been a great asset to this organization. Sylvie is passionate about assisting individuals who have developmental disabilities,  and as a result, often mentors staff members who share a passion for assisting the developmentally disabled in order to help them achieve their own personal goals.

David A. Dummar - MFT/LADC/DBS

David recently joined our team as the Therapist and Director of our Behavioral Health Services Department. David specializes in Marriage and Family Therapy, and Alcohol, Drug and Gambling Therapy.  For several years, David was a Psychiatrist/Social Worker II for the State of Nevada at the Adolescent Treatment Center in Sparks, as well as providing daily individual and group therapy at West Hills Hospital.  In addition, David spent several years as a Clinical Program Manager I at the Winnemucca Mental Health Center.  Most recently, David gained experience as the Director of Pioneer Health Resources.

Jessica Clark - BA in Government/Executive Assistant/QMRP

Jessica joined our organization in January 2012. Jessica brings to our organization her overall knowledge of governmental policy. Jessica's dedication and hard work have led to the development and maintenance of our present organizational Policy and Procedures.  She has also used her experience to create the training that is used in our DSS Continuing Education Program.  Additionally, Jessica handles many of our Human Resource matters, and in general, assists our President with most day-to-day business operations.

Stephanie Rudon - PCA Coordinator & Supervisor/DSS

Stephanie joined our organization in February 2011. Stephanie brings to our organization her long-term experience working for St. Mary's Hospital as Coordinator and Supervisor of their Personal Care Assistance Program. Stephanie brings her long-term experience working in managed care and her experience in field-supervision of personnel. Stephanie assists our President by handling some emergency and other special-need situations out in the field, while continuously maintaining a significant caseload. Stephanie's devotion and hard work has been an incredible asset to our organization. 

Angel Camarena - Administrative Assistant/PCA/DSS

Angel joined our organization in April 2011. Angel brings to our organization her long-term experience assisting individuals with developmental disabilities in both Supported Living Arrangements as well as in the group home environment.  Angel recently joined our administrative team and her experience has been a great asset toward ensuring that certain administrative functions of our organization remain in-line with the in-service needs of our staff.  Angel continues to assist those individuals who are in her caseload.
